FAQ

  • Why do you 3D print your products?
We chose to 3D print our products because it gives us the freedom to make changes or improvements immediately. Traditionally in injection molded parts, small changes are very expensive because the mold needs to be modified or even replaced entirely. The 3D printing process also allows us to create products on demand which eliminates the need for warehouses.
  • Why do 3D printed products have horizontal lines in them?
Horizontal lines are present because 3D printers create objects one layer at a time. Each horizontal line corresponds to one print layer.
  • Why is there a tiny off-color dot or streak in my 3D printed product?
Off-color dots and streaks are typically caused by an insufficient color flush after the previous print. These defects are not common in our products because we clean our printer nozzles often and flush a significant of filament between color changes. If the defect is highly visible, we typically sell that specific print with a blemish discount.
  • Are your products made in the United States?
We are proud to say that all of our 3D printed products are designed and manufactured in the United States. We also source our plastics from domestic suppliers. As for our merchandise, we unfortunately don't have a domestic supplier at this time. However, we are actively searching for local merchandise and welcome any recommendations.
  • Do you have a physical store?
At this time, we only have an online store.
